Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and quality teams to assess project progress and ensure alignment with software excellence metrics, quality goals, and maturity standards
Software Maturity & KPIs: Drive software maturity initiatives, tracking KPIs such as defect density, technical debt, and code quality. Implement frameworks to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the software lifecycle
DevOps Integration: Oversee the integration of DevOps practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating testing, and improving deployment processes to enhance efficiency and system reliability
Optimizing Tools & Processes: Lead the evaluation and optimization of software tools and development processes, ensuring teams use the most effective solutions for code analysis, automation, and collaboration
Technical Reviews: Conduct critical reviews of software components to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to industry standards. Guide teams in optimizing development cycles and improving testing strategies
Regulatory Compliance & Patient Safety: Ensure software meets regulatory requirements and patient safety standards by driving initiatives like Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM) and Quality Improvement Plans
Mentorship & Skill Development: Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring the team stays current with industry trends and best practices
