At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics & insights
Experience with statistical methods & analysis (e.g., regression analysis and modeling)
Experience manipulating databases
Experience developing standardized reporting and dashboards
Experience with Microsoft E (details incomplete)
Responsibilities
Utilize statistical methods and tools to maintain the Target Price algorithm and support analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance through pricing actions
Collaborate with multiple departments to support Deals Desk and pricing initiatives
Support decisions through the Pricing Council
Develop dashboards to track pricing performance
Prepare regular cadence of pricing insights (ARPU, discretion, discount) to drive improvements in business performance
Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics
Define, review, and update Target Price algorithm(s) for all products, segments, channels, sales motions, etc
Support the organization by running pricing analytics and providing inputs on products (packages, tiers and bundles) and list prices, promotions ROI, margins, etc
Design and run pilot(s) to test Target Price & List Price recommendations and associated processes – own the methodology for measuring pilot(s) impact
Standardize, aggregate, synthesize, and share pricing performance
