Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. required
  • 7 years relevant experience in Financial and Price Models
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing
  • Knowledge of US healthcare economics and price model

Responsibilities

  • Develop list and net pricing recommendations in Pharmacy, DME, Hospital, POC and other channels
  • Prepare and present business cases to Pricing Committee for review and approval
  • Conduct financial models and gross to net analytics in pharmacy supply chains
  • Assess and model scenarios for impacts/risks/opportunities of proposed government legislation, payer and environmental changes
  • Work cross functionally with Forecasting, Finance, and Commercial Teams to project and monitoring payer mix and net prices
  • Develop financial modeling, including pricing model upkeep and improvement
  • Maintain pricing intelligence including environmental trends and knowledge of pricing and market access requirements across customer segments
  • Identify and anticipate key trends and assess opportunities and risks for pricing strategy development
  • Collaborate with Contracting Teams to provide input into contract development, administration, and performance
  • Support internal analysis and insights requests from Senior Leadership and Investor Relations
