The Senior Platform Architect will guide customers through digital transformation by leading solutioning and scoping discussions, and driving the successful delivery of strategic projects. They will provide thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include engaging with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, scaling ServiceNow expertise, establishing strong governance frameworks, reducing technical debt, and enabling scalable solutions. The architect will also act as an expert across assigned contracts, build strong relationships with customer leaders, collaborate with GTM and Delivery teams, help customers establish a technical foundation, guide engagement teams, work with customer teams on solution implementation, and support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements.
