Why This Role is Exciting

As a People Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees within our Customer Advisory Services and Finance, Operations, and Legal organizations. Your primary goal will be to align our people strategy with our business strategy. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource and advisor, building rapport through the consistent application of HR processes, developing leadership capabilities, and providing coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to guide key activities such as:

  • Performance and talent reviews
  • Compensation planning
  • Performance management
  • Career development
  • Leadership coaching
  • Organizational design
  • Headcount planning
  • Employee relations

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, with at least 5 years as a People Business Partner.
  • Experience within dynamic, scaling companies, with a strong focus on strategic partnership supporting senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and working knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and ambiguity into simplicity and clarity.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to build and align talent strategy with business goals.

  • Experience supporting a matrixed, global team within the technology sector.
  • Experience supporting customer success, support, and professional services organizations.
