Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience with workplace investigations best practices and standards, including conducting neutral fact-finding interviews (experience investigating allegations of harassment, discrimination and retaliation) while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality; performance management facilitation and engagement; a Master’s Degree/JD is preferred. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, which govern employment policies and practices is required, and international experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior People Relations Partner, the role involves working with business leaders and People Partners to drive performance enablement best practices, conducting unbiased investigations, determining findings, and preparing all required documentation, including confidential interviews and reports. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, building trusted relationships, identifying relevant investigation issues, partnering with other teams, and analyzing employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive strategies. Additionally, the role includes supporting and training People Partners, driving various projects, and embodying core values through openness, ownership, and optimism.
