The Team Lead, Payroll Operations requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and experience leading and managing a team. Strong knowledge of payroll principles and practices is essential, along with experience in ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies. Familiarity with international payroll and tax regulations is preferred.
As the Team Lead, Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of payroll specialists, collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy, developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, monitoring payroll data for trends, delivering training, serving as a subject matter expert, and managing vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for managing the performance and development of the payroll team and driving process improvements to increase efficiency.
