Help Scout is seeking a Marketing Strategist to help us refine and accelerate our marketing strategy. As a pioneer in B2B SaaS content, our blog has been a trusted resource for the customer support community. With the evolving search landscape and increased competition, we're investing more in paid marketing to drive signups, expand brand awareness, and optimize our digital presence. This role will be critical in shaping our marketing efforts and achieving our growth goals.
