Help Scout is seeking a Marketing Strategist to help us refine and accelerate our marketing strategy. As a pioneer in B2B SaaS content, our blog has been a trusted resource for the customer support community. With the evolving search landscape and increased competition, we're investing more in paid marketing to drive signups, expand brand awareness, and optimize our digital presence. This role will be critical in shaping our marketing efforts and achieving our growth goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Help Scout’s blog and content strategy.
