The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Digital will execute and optimize strategies to deliver qualified leads across the full marketing funnel through paid digital channels, recommend and implement campaigns for new target markets, manage the day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across key channels, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), support ongoing analysis and rigorous A/B testing plans, and stay current with paid media industry trends to improve campaign performance and drive measurable increases in conversion rates and lead quality.
