Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise networking solutions
  • Proven expertise in routing and switching (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, spanning tree, VLANs)
  • Deep knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure gateways
  • Strong background in wireless networking
  • Experience with NAC platforms
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
  • Exposure to cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
  • Skilled at producing architecture diagrams, HLDs/LLDs, and design documentation
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — comfortable engaging with executives as well as technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Engage in architecture and design of complex network solutions (campus, data center, WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, cloud)
  • Engage at all levels — consult with client stakeholders, architects, and technical SMEs to align solutions to business strategy
  • Engage in implementation — ensure best practices are followed, and provide hands-on as required
  • Enhance security — Engage in design and implement solutions with next-gen firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and zero-trust architectures
  • Support escalations — serve as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Contribute to pre-sales — participate in solutioning, estimates, and proposals alongside account teams
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert in client and internal forums
  • Produce high-quality documentation (HLDs, LLDs, as-builts, runbooks, transition to operations)
