Responsibilities

  • Directly engage with customers to solve complex technical challenges
  • Build scalable solutions that enhance support infrastructure
  • Own complete customer engagements post-sales
  • Occasionally assist with pre-sales and implementation projects
  • Develop automation to allow broader AppEng team to focus on high-impact pre-sales activities
  • Influence customer support strategy
  • Provide exceptional technical assistance throughout customer journey (from discovery/POC through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support)
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams
