Responsibilities

Directly engage with customers to solve complex technical challenges
Build scalable solutions that enhance support infrastructure
Own complete customer engagements post-sales
Occasionally assist with pre-sales and implementation projects
Develop automation to allow broader AppEng team to focus on high-impact pre-sales activities
Influence customer support strategy
Provide exceptional technical assistance throughout customer journey (from discovery/POC through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support)
Work closely with Customer Success and Developer Experience (DX) teams
