Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Secret clearance or above (T3/T3R investigation)
Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT II certifications

Responsibilities

Utilize diagnostic methods to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions for resolving common hardware, software, and network failures
Support users with data migrations during system upgrades or Tech Refresh events
Monitor the organization’s shared mailbox to ensure timely responses and support for user assistance requests
Manage public folders, including assigning permissions and administrator roles as needed
Oversee shared drive administration, including user training for content managers and responsibilities related to configuration management
Maintain and enhance IT procedures that support organizational operations and best practices
Assist with Information Management (IM), Information Technology (IT), and Information Assurance (IA) data calls as required by the Department Information Officer (DIO)
Contribute to the development and submission of monthly progress and status reports
Coordinate and maintain current documentation for the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) site
Update and manage the NET asset database to ensure accurate tracking of IT inventory
Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all NET-related processes
