A key partner to Marketing, Sales, and IT, this role enhances customer engagement and campaign performance.
The Senior Marketing Technology Manager will define and own the marketing technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals and marketing strategies. They will lead the development of a scalable, integrated Martech stack to support personalized engagement across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation. This includes partnering with various teams to build data-driven workflows and tools, evaluating and implementing best-in-class Martech solutions, and staying updated on emerging technologies and AI for advanced targeting and automation.
