Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or sales in the healthcare industry
  • Good business acumen in selling and/or promoting medical devices
  • Passion to initiate a marketing program
  • Strong and on-time execution focus with stakeholders including Sales teams in a dynamic environment with an ability to be agile
  • Good presentation skills
  • Effective verbal and written English and Korean communication skills
  • Computer and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work on some weekends for Society events (booth duty and/or cadaveric workshop), Medtronic events (symposium and/or cadaveric workshop)

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities
  • Interacts directly with marketing manager/specialists to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion
  • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace
  • Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships
  • Manages expense relevant documentation and processes payment
  • Manages customer (HCP) contract and agreement
  • Supports the marketing team with the logistics services in preparing product seminars, marketing events etc
  • Collaborates with logistics teams to understand the reasons for backorders and release plan and updates with sales team
  • Plans and executes strategic marketing campaigns for existing and new medical devices in domestic and international markets
  • Develops product positioning and messaging tailored to healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, and regulatory bodies
  • Conducts market research to identify clinical needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends in the medical device space
  • Collaborates with regulatory, sales, and clinical teams to align marketing strategy with product lifecycle and compliance requirements
  • Creates marketing assets including brochures, case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital content
  • Organizes and manages industry events, medical conferences, workshops, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement programs
  • Monitors and reports on marketing campaign performance using relevant AOPs and analytics tools
  • Supports product launches through coordinated go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and internal training
  • Maintains strong knowledge of local and global healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes
  • Manages and forecasts monthly implants based on seasons or special needs
