The Vice President of Marketing will architect the end-to-end marketing strategy for Oncology solutions, including market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging. They will drive commercial growth by developing and executing integrated marketing plans in partnership with Sales leadership to increase market share and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include crafting compelling narratives and campaigns to generate demand and establish thought leadership, fostering cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, Sales, and Medical Affairs, and overseeing the creation of impactful content like clinical publications, white papers, and sales tools. The role also involves establishing a data-driven marketing culture by defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and marketing ROI, and leading and inspiring a high-performing marketing team.
