Candidates should have over 3 years of experience as a data analyst delivering continued business impact, with advanced technical ability in data extraction and analysis using SQL, Python, Scala, or R. Experience analyzing and visualizing data with industry-leading BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Thoughtspot, or Looker is required, along with foundational knowledge of cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. A strong understanding of Retail, CPG, digital measurement, and consumer insights is necessary, and the ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work effectively both independently and within a team.
The Senior Marketing Science Analyst will act as an analytical consultant for business development and product teams, assessing business situations, selecting appropriate testing and measurement approaches, and deriving actionable insights to improve business performance. They will conduct lift and reach measurements, compile detailed campaign performance reports, and identify trends within data to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will also provide analytical support to customer measurement programs, assist in converting test results into business cases, manage measurement assets, and contribute to internal documentation and training materials to scale measurement best practices. Additionally, they will stay informed about industry standards and new measurement techniques, and actively seek feedback to improve performance.
