Requirements

Candidates should have experience managing the end-to-end execution of partner marketing programs and campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, including event list imports, email builds, segmentation, QA, and reporting. Experience designing and implementing lead lifecycle frameworks, building lead scoring models, and developing audience segmentation strategies is required. Familiarity with Asana for campaign calendar management and ensuring data synchronization across platforms like SFDC, Zoom, Iterable, Reachdesk, Drift, and ad platforms is necessary. Experience building email nurture programs from scratch, leveraging email design best practices, and A/B testing is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Partnerships will manage the end-to-end execution of partner marketing programs and campaigns, from event list imports to reporting on initiative impact. They will design and implement a scalable lead lifecycle framework for effective lead capture, nurturing, routing, and handoff to the partner sales team. This role involves working with stakeholders to build a lead scoring model and implement marketing qualified lead playbooks, as well as driving the development of audience segmentation strategies and targeting criteria. The manager will partner closely with lifecycle and ecosystem teams to establish best practices for project management and maintain an accurate campaign calendar. They will ensure end-to-end syncing of campaign data to/from connected platforms and build email nurture programs from scratch, leveraging best practices and A/B testing. Finally, the role includes analyzing and socializing campaign performance with stakeholders and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
