  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience within a High-Tech company
  • Data Driven and Results-driven BtoB marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
  • Ability to think strategically

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and deliver high performing demand generation marketing campaigns to a variety of target audiences, which drive pipeline for our Sales organization
  • Oversee regional marketing campaigns for the French organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals
  • Work closely with the local Sales Teams, be their first point of contact, align marketing campaigns to business priorities, and support big deals progression
  • Identify audience segmentation strategy, conduct strategic account profiling and in-depth analysis of target accounts
  • Plan, design, execute and analyze multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, executive engagement, partners) to build the right marketing journey
  • Work closely with Content and Product Marketing to ensure appropriate messaging, content, and stories are leveraged and tailored for individual accounts and specific buying centers
  • Take responsibility for the business impact (MQL, S1, ACV) of each program working closely with sales functions to ensure effective follow-up
  • Make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign ROI, adjust strategies, and report on performance and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Project-manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on market analysis, and customer & sales feedback
  • Manage external agencies as required
