We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance and scale our Paid Social channels, specifically focusing on Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and drive strategic decisions in user acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a Marketing or Data Analyst role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • SQL proficiency
    • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
    • Experience with ad network tracking setup (logic setup, communication with developers/GTM)
    • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
    • Understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and cohort analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results.
  • Understanding:
    • UA funnel (knowledge on how to work with SRNs and non-SRNs)
    • Attribution models.
  • Language Proficiency: English – Upper-intermediate (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation.
  • Work with business requirements, detailing them into analytical reports/ad-hoc queries.
  • Improve and develop tracking setup for Meta Ads and other Ad Networks.
  • Review marketing results to improve performance (e.g., revenue increase, reach, engagement).
  • Collaborate with team members on business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisions.
  • Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics, and monitor the integrity and validity of reported data.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Familiarity with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Platforms), GA4, Firebase, SKAdNetwork
  • Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data design/data modelling
  • LTV (Lifetime Value) estimation experience
  • Clarisights familiarity
