Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer products. Experience managing social media and influencer marketing is required, and regional APAC exposure is a definite advantage. Fluent English and Chinese language skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, are also necessary.
The Senior Marketing Associate will plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for product launches, collaborations, and brand moments in the Hong Kong market, identify and manage influencer and KOL partnerships, support PR initiatives, maintain high visual and creative standards across all brand deliverables, collaborate with internal and external teams, analyze campaign performance, develop on-brand copy, provide strategic recommendations, serve as a liaison between various teams, conduct sales and influencer reports, handle ad-hoc reports and projects, and assist with market research and data analysis.
