The Paid Social team at Code3 delivers sophisticated branding and performance media to a diverse client base. Paid Social Specialists are responsible for executing complex ad campaigns, meeting and exceeding KPIs, and reporting campaign performance. This role offers the opportunity to develop expert-level media skills across major platforms and tackle challenges for prominent brands.

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent with coursework emphasis in marketing, advertising, or business.
  • Up to 2 years of direct experience in buying ads on social platforms.
  • Experience in at least one of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in data hygiene, analysis, and visualization using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to learn and openness to feedback.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to track a high volume of deliverables and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Preferred: Candidates based in the New York City metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed.
  • Perform campaign Quality Assurance (QA) on own campaigns and those built by other team members.
  • Build and deliver weekly and ad hoc reports, including formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, performance insights, and recommendations.
  • Pull data and provide insights for campaign wrap-ups and ad hoc reporting deliverables.
  • Actively seek learning opportunities and maintain an understanding of the newest paid social product offerings and trends across platforms.
  • Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes to improve overall performance.
