Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with up to 2 years of direct experience in buying ads on social platforms, and experience in at least one of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest. Proficiency with data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required, along with a self-motivated drive to learn and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

The Paid Social Specialist will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms, managing campaign budget pacing and executing bid adjustments as needed, performing campaign QA, building and delivering weekly and ad hoc reporting inclusive of formatted Excel reports and Looker dashboards, pulling data and providing insights for campaign wrap-ups, seeking out learning and maintaining understanding of newest paid social product offerings, and recommending changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance.
