Requirements

Candidates should have experience in building and managing high-performing Solutions Engineering teams and a strong understanding of the Monitoring and Observability space. A player/coach mentality and executive sponsorship experience are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and mentoring Presales SEs, driving regional build-out with sales leadership, and ensuring customer success post-sale. They will also partner with marketing to drive community adoption programs, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap, and own regional financial targets and team performance reporting.
