Candidates must have at least 7 years of presales experience and 1st line management experience leading presales teams. A deep understanding of the Japan market, experience selling to Japanese senior management, and knowledge of Value Based Selling or Solution Selling are required. Familiarity with the SaaS and PaaS market spaces, Service Management practices, and leveraging AI in work processes is also necessary. Experience in a fast-growing IT environment, including software, cloud, or customer experience, is preferred.
The Senior Manager, Solution Consulting will ensure Solution Consultants effectively discover customer problems, deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, and execute proofs of concept when needed. Responsibilities include developing team members, maintaining a recruiting pipeline, prioritizing regional Solution Consulting efforts, assigning resources to sales opportunities, and evaluating team progress against goals. The role also involves developing and deploying team training curriculums, evaluating team members, managing day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling and expense approval, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
