Requirements

Experienced business leader capable of defining strategy for Workplace Services networks (clinic, freight, lab, medical review) and executing with projects, initiatives, and operational processes
Leader of people with both strategic and operational responsibilities
Ability to utilize analytics, predictive models, and business intelligence tools for decision-making
Skills in building and growing pipelines of new network providers, negotiating service contracts and rate schedules
Experience partnering with procurement for cost-out savings through strategic initiatives and rate negotiations
Capability to develop and grow a team of direct reports across operational and analytical disciplines
Proficiency in building reports and providing status updates for internal stakeholders and executives

Responsibilities

Define the business strategy for Workplace Services clinic, freight, lab, and medical review networks to support transaction fulfillment across the United States
Drive optimization and coverage within each network type to maximize service fulfillment and efficiency
Work collaboratively with Workplace Commercial and Client Success teams to identify client network needs and coordinate fulfillment
Work collaboratively with Operations & Service teams to address under-performing network participants and provide alternate coverage for clients
Lead a team of operational and analytical employees to execute strategic initiatives and handle day-to-day business operations across all network types
Build and grow a pipeline of new network providers and coordinate service contracts and rate schedules, including negotiation of services and rates
Deliver on cost-out savings targets through strategic initiatives and negotiation of rate schedules in partnership with procurement
Develop and grow a team of direct reports across operational and analytical disciplines
Build and provide reports and status updates for internal stakeholders and executives on service networks
