Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, SAP Technical Services will oversee the design and integration of OpenText Output Management, OpenText IXOS archiving solutions, AutoSys, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM, define strategies for system enhancement and future scalability, manage internal projects including scope, planning, execution, and implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and data security policies, conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards, identify opportunities for automation and AI adaptation, ensure system availability and performance, provide guidance to teams on best practices, and lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for system issues.
