Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or a related role. They should have knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA, as well as experience with Tracelink, ROC IT, HP Quality Center, SQL Server Database platforms, Reporting Solutions, and Middleware Technologies, along with familiarity with Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting Thermo Fisher’s integration of Tracelink and downstream partners for Serialization and Track and Trace compliance, detailing technical solutions, developing relationships with Business Projects, and identifying unmet IT needs and project requests. The Manager will collaborate with internal customers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional analysts to define business needs and implement business-critical systems, capture business requirements, review and modify systems based on business needs, manage multiple business-critical GMP system analyst activities, oversee technical installation of OT hardware and software, gather and document functional and technical requirements, interface with the Corporate Pharma 4.0 IT group, develop and maintain standards for GMP Manufacturing systems, determine and document processes, author and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols, and develop Test Scripts, Test Cases, and Test Plans for validation testing.
