Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and ideally, a Master's degree with a focus on strategy or operations. A minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue operations, pricing strategy, or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems. Experience in the SaaS or dental industry is preferred.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will craft and execute the strategy for the deal desk at Dandy, identifying areas for improvement to focus on high-priority deals. You will collaborate with product marketing, finance, and sales leadership to develop standard packages and offerings for Dandy customers, proactively offering recommendations for changes in commercial strategy based on data and KPIs. You will partner with systems teams to operationalize pricing and packaging programs, create appropriate guardrails, and ensure accurate representation of offers in the systems. Furthermore, you will identify gaps or risks in the current infrastructure and work to address them, while establishing baseline reporting on performance and communicating insights to key stakeholders, and partnering with the Enablement team to empower the sales and account management teams.
