Up to 10% travel may be required, and employees must have a valid driver's license and a credit card for expense management.
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will lead the design and continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and tools, while managing and optimizing the CRM (HubSpot) for data accuracy, reporting, and effective sales workflows. This role involves overseeing the selection, integration, and maintenance of the sales and marketing software stack, and developing, implementing, and maintaining the go-to-market playbook. Key responsibilities include driving sales enablement initiatives such as training, coaching, and onboarding new sales hires, as well as administering commission plans and providing actionable reporting and analytics to support sales performance and decision-making. The role requires collaboration with sales leadership to align operational strategies with business goals and continuous evaluation and implementation of process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
