Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing Americas - Immunohistochemistry will develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Leica’s IHC portfolio across the Americas (U.S., Canada, LATAM), aligning content, messaging, and demand generation strategies. This includes engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, analyzing market dynamics and competitive activity, partnering with the North America Commercial Team to drive growth, and monitoring customer wins to glean insights and refine positioning strategies. The role also involves developing value-based messaging, supporting the Workflow Solutions team, and ultimately contributing to the growth of the Leica IHC business.
