The primary goal is to position PPD as a preferred provider for clinical development work by engaging with decision-makers and influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors. Key responsibilities include qualifying deals, developing proposals with recommended pricing structures, and acting as the primary contact until work is sold, ensuring a smooth transition to the clinical development teams. This position also serves as a liaison between the sponsor and PPD for all business development activities and requirements, and involves gathering data on marketing trends, competitive products, services, and pricing.
