About HopSkipDrive

At HopSkipDrive, our goal is to create opportunity for all through mobility. We’re a technology company that solves complex transportation challenges where there is a heightened need for safety, equity, and care. Through our marketplace, we connect kids, older adults, or anyone needing extra support to highly-vetted caregivers on wheels. Through our software, we solve the biggest transportation challenges facing schools and school districts around the country.

Founded by three moms as a solution to their own transportation challenges, we’ve now facilitated more than five million rides across over 17 states around the country. We continue to expand at a rapid pace, making the Inc. 5000 list four times, as well as the Deloitte 500 Fast-Growing Technology list. HopSkipDrive is a Series D company and has raised $100M in funding to date.

Who We Are

We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and drive our most critical go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as the linchpin between product, marketing, and sales, translating market insights and product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you’ll be looked to help elevate the craft of product marketing, and foster a culture of insight-driven storytelling and executional excellence. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead both by example and through influence.

This role will focus on Product Marketing for HopSkipDrive’s B2B clients and will have a strong emphasis on partnering directly with our revenue (sales) team.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new products, features, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, with a particular focus on enabling sales velocity and effectiveness.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions rooted in deep customer and market insights, tailored to resonate with B2B buyers and empower the sales team.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead research efforts to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, and use that knowledge to influence product and business strategy, translating insights into actionable sales strategies and competitive selling points.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead efforts to equip sales and success teams with the tools, training, and content they need to effectively sell and support our products, working to understand effectiveness in tools and assets. This includes developing compelling sales playbooks, presentations, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Legal, Brand, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across the buyer journey, acting as a primary strategic partner to the B2B sales organization.
  • Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Act as a mentor to other product marketing team members.
