Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the consumer health or biotechnology industries. Strong experience in B2B marketing and sales, particularly within the food & beverage, ingredient, or consumer health sectors is required. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, create compelling content, and manage multi-channel campaigns is essential. Experience with AI-driven product marketing and a deep understanding of bioactive ingredients and their applications are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive demand for Brightseed’s bioactive solutions, including developing compelling content, activating multi-channel campaigns, and managing Brightseed’s buyer funnel. They will identify key product and brand assets, lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, and create ingredient concepts and demos to showcase Brightseed’s bioactive ingredients. Furthermore, they will partner with internal teams, external partners, and customers to design and implement campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth of Brightseed’s bioactive and Forager product brands and business.
