Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles with a focus on customer-centric strategies and ecosystem development. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and experience driving product adoption through customer-focused in-product experiences.
The Product Marketing Manager will enhance product adoption by analyzing usage patterns and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, design and test in-product experiences to engage and educate users, collaborate with product and customer success teams for seamless onboarding, develop product positioning that highlights Northbeam’s platform’s ability to solve e-commerce brand pain points, lead go-to-market efforts for new features, gather customer feedback to inform product improvements, and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and prioritize initiatives. They will also identify integration opportunities, work with partnerships to expand the ecosystem, and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Northbeam is a marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses optimize their advertising budgets and improve performance, specifically targeting brands that spend over $250,000 monthly on ads. It combines Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to track customer interactions and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels. Northbeam operates on a subscription-based model with custom pricing, offering personalized support to clients. The goal is to enable large-scale advertisers to make data-driven decisions and maximize the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.
