Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will enhance product adoption by analyzing usage patterns and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, design and test in-product experiences to engage and educate users, collaborate with product and customer success teams for seamless onboarding, develop product positioning that highlights Northbeam’s platform’s ability to solve e-commerce brand pain points, lead go-to-market efforts for new features, gather customer feedback to inform product improvements, and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns and prioritize initiatives. They will also identify integration opportunities, work with partnerships to expand the ecosystem, and act as the voice of the customer internally.
