They should also demonstrate a proven ability to build and scale a function as the team’s first product marketing hire, fluency in recent news, cultural trends, and policy changes, and a strong imagination, instincts, and judgment in transforming complex topics into captivating content.
The Product Marketing Director will scale the product marketing function and core processes, serving as the specialist on existing customers and potential buyers, cultivating an understanding of the competitor landscape, establishing the positioning of Candid Health’s platform, and working with product and commercial teams to coordinate and lead launch plans. They will enable commercial teams with marketing materials, support Demand Generation and ABM efforts, contribute to Content Marketing, manage Customer Lifecycle Marketing initiatives, drive strategic GTM direction for segment growth, and set clear goals and product marketing Key Performance Indicators.
