Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the customer: Uncover real needs, motivations, and pain points of clinicians and integrate insights into products, messaging, and launches
  • Own the narrative: Build messaging and positioning that translate customer pain into product value, making Dandy’s software indispensable
  • Launch and grow: Define and execute GTM strategies for new software capabilities (e.g., collaboration tools, real-time communication features) to drive customer impact
  • Drive in-product engagement: Partner with Product, Design, and Growth teams to create contextual in-product experiences that educate, convert, and delight users
  • Enable internal teams: Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and Account Management with understanding and tools for customer-first value communication
  • Measure what matters: Use adoption, engagement, and sentiment data to validate resonance and iterate quickly
  • Lead without a playbook: Take initiative, make strategic decisions, and move fast as the connective tissue between product, design, marketing, and commercial teams
  • Own definition, positioning, launch, and growth of Dandy’s clinical software experience (e.g., digital case collaboration, in-product messaging, real-time communication)
