Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will provide generalist HR support to assigned business units, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters and programs to leaders up to the SVP level. Responsibilities include guiding managers and employees on HR policies and processes, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams, assisting with employee relations investigations, and providing counsel on staffing, compensation, performance management, and talent development. The role also involves executing company-wide HR initiatives, managing onboarding and exit processes, planning program rollouts, working on engagement strategies, analyzing employment trends, and leading HR projects and process improvements.
