Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing or sales enablement, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, and experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
The Senior Manager, Partner Enablement will create and maintain a scalable library of enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and sales playbooks, tailored to partners. They will collaborate with GTM and strategic partnerships teams to understand partner needs and translate them into effective content, support joint go-to-market initiatives by producing marketing collateral, and act as a central coordination point between various teams to ensure partner content is accurate and aligned with broader messaging.
