Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience, ideally combining enterprise SaaS sales, sales enablement, and/or training roles, and a proven track record of independently creating and delivering impactful enablement programs. They should also demonstrate the ability to synthesize data and feedback into actionable enablement strategies, and have experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product.

Responsibilities

The Field Enablement Partner will collaborate with Strategic Account Executives and sales leadership to understand their workflows and challenges, develop and execute a robust enablement strategy to enhance seller productivity and align with GTM priorities, design and deliver role-specific training programs, own and maintain enablement resources, generate actionable insights to improve performance, and serve as a strategic partner to global enablement initiatives.
