Requirements

Candidates must reside in the Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville, TN area or be willing to relocate, and possess active Health & Life Insurance Licenses. A minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience and 6 years of experience in the insurance industry are required. The role demands the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and iPhone apps, along with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales will coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents. They will develop a solid understanding of the market, resolve operational problems, and provide creative solutions to increase sales while adhering to CMS guidelines. This role involves cultivating and building relationships with customers, internal/external business partners, and the community through various interaction methods. Responsibilities also include developing marketing budgets, identifying branding opportunities, and engaging with the community through marketing Medicare plans.
