Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible commercial experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment, with at least 4 years in marketing roles, and preference given to experience in rare disease. Demonstrated success in supporting the execution of key marketing tactics, including promotional material development and digital strategy implementation is required. Experience working across business models of Patient Support Programs is also desired.
The Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for the assigned product(s) in Canada, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and US/Global Marketing teams. They will contribute to tactic development, congress/virtual event activities, and digital programs, analyze commercial data, work with internal and external partners to manage contracts and budgets, maintain relationships with agency partners, ensure compliance with regulations, and perform other tasks as needed.
