Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sales technology management, business process optimization, preferably with a SaaS or technology company, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementation, architecture, and ongoing administration
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for Salesforce GTM applications, with a specific focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) modules
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to standardize and scale product, pricing, quoting, contract lifecycle, and renewals processes across the sales organization
  • Design, prioritize, and manage rollout of enhancements to sales processes, including catalog, pricing, approvals, usage billing, renewals, and lifecycle automation
  • Map and optimize key data entities across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, integrating Salesforce CPQ/RCA with ERP and other downstream systems for seamless business workflow and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, RevOps, Legal and BT to identify process improvement opportunities, reduction of manual tasks, and solutions to mitigate risk and error
  • Lead the change management, stakeholder training, and end-user enablement programs to drive successful adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and practices
  • Oversee program management, prioritizing work plans, managing resources, scope, risks, and budgets for GTM application projects
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, integration, and data governance are implemented and maintained
  • Provide clear guidance on solution design, technical challenges, data migration, testing cycles, and production go-lives for new GTM application builds
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, define sprint priorities, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Maintain thorough documentation of systems, processes, and decision-making rationale
