The Team

The Demand Generation team collaborates to develop, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive leads for our self-serve and sales-assisted funnels. As a valued member of the Demand Generation team, you’ll lead the Growth Marketing group to drive awareness among home service businesses, convert and monetize existing in-market demand, and help prospects keep Jobber top-of-mind.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of new demand generation programs to help accelerate the company’s growth, while also empowering your team. You’ll work collaboratively with other stakeholders, use data to make decisions, and be given autonomy to hold yourself accountable for decisions, outcomes, and timelines impacting your work and the business.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will:

  • Lead and coach a high-functioning team of Growth Marketers: You’ll lead a team of SaaS’s best and brightest growth marketers. It will be your responsibility to help lift blockers, eliminate bottlenecks, and serve as a sounding board as they problem-solve through a steady stream of unexpected challenges inherent to working in a rapidly evolving space (growth marketing) at a high-growth company.
  • Define the Growth Marketing roadmap: You’ll work with your team to ideate, evaluate, scope, and score the growth opportunities with maximum potential impact. Then, you’ll work with key stakeholders across the organization to put your plans into action and measure results.
  • Dig into the data: You’ll leverage customer and campaign performance data to draw insights, develop hypotheses, and proactively recommend testing opportunities to develop new channels and continuously improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate and flex your project management abilities: You’ll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and need to keep them on schedule and within budget. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Design, Finance, and Product. It will be your responsibility to ensure all stakeholders are kept well informed of your team’s work and that your team has the resources it needs to succeed.
  • Exercise your creativity to elevate the Jobber Brand: You’ll be responsible for millions of dollars in advertising budget, so it’s imperative that you understand our customers inside and out. You’ll partner with our in-house creative studio to produce ads, app store ass
