Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain customers across multiple channels (e.g., paid media, youtube, and search channels)
  • Identify opportunities for scaling customer engagement, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing user experiences
  • Design, test, and scale innovative marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., paid social, youtube, and search channels) to maximize ROI
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to refine messaging, targeting, and creative assets
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze metrics and adjust strategies in real time
  • Work with the brand and creative teams to craft compelling, on-brand content that drives traffic and engagement
  • Leverage storytelling, thought leadership, and educational content to establish Thesis and Stasis as an industry leader
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search visibility and traffic
