Requirements

  • Based in Shanghai, China, and able to follow hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)
  • Expertise in technical and system aspects, including global, divisional, regional CDE technology, and environmental initiatives
  • Ability to provide technical project management leadership, including project schedule management, risk management, and elaborating technical results to support business needs
  • Knowledge of company (KORE) specifications and international standards (regulatory, environmental, safety, etc.)
  • Experience in building partnerships, capabilities, training protocols, and optimizing supply chain processes

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Greater China and Mongolia (GCM) market and partners are ready to commercialize technologies from Global Equipment Platforms (GEP) or manufacturing partners
  • Provide proactive technical support, standardize processes, drive accountability, and remove barriers to operational execution
  • Drive continuous improvement and sustainability efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Enable field success (60% of role): Translate business briefs into technical requirements; act as liaison between Customer/Commercial team, technical organization, GEP, CEPG, and suppliers; leverage IoT and connected diagnostics for predictive analytics; provide superior technical support; create clear escalation paths; prepare markets and bottlers for launch readiness; guide operational process changes and skill sets for new technologies
  • Enable successful manufacturing partnerships (40% of role): Build partner capabilities through process improvements, training, and resources; optimize supply chain resilience and efficiency; provide thought leadership on equipment validation and laboratory protocols; support sustainable, win-win commercial models
