Requirements

Candidates should possess 7-8+ years of software sales experience with proven experience identifying and closing seven-figure contracts, along with 3+ years of management experience in a sales environment, ideally in SaaS. They should have experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations, particularly within the construction industry, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models. Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with C-level executives, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales will lead Procore’s Enterprise Sales team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration. This role involves supporting the development of the Sales team, managing the territory, contributing to the GTM strategy, identifying and qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships with key accounts, selling to C-suite, and ensuring a formal account engagement plan is developed. The role also entails structuring and negotiating business terms and contracts, identifying product improvements, and traveling to Procore offices, clients, and more to support sales efforts.
