  • Salary: Base Pay Range $149,434 - $205,472 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $298,869 - $410,945. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation.
  • Reporting To: Head of Sales, Canada
  • Ideal Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote from any Canada location considered)

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to manage, grow, and further develop our Enterprise Sales team. This role involves driving sales strategy and owning the full sales lifecycle into our Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Prior enterprise SaaS sales experience, experience maintaining C-level relationships, working with large extended teams, and seven-figure deal experience are essential. This is an opportunity to shape the vision of Enterprise Sales at Procore.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years of software sales experience.
  • Proven experience identifying and closing seven-figure contracts.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a sales environment (ideally SaaS).
  • Experience in a sales leadership role with the ability to increase sales through the development of high-performance teams and effective sales processes.
  • Demonstrated experience executing sales leadership methodologies and ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations.
  • Construction industry experience (in any capacity) is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A mix of curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, resilience, optimism, and a competitive, value-added mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Procore’s Enterprise Sales team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
  • Support the development of the Sales team through internal training and learning and development opportunities.
  • Manage territory, including planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Contribute to and drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in the region.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects, monitoring progress through the sales cycle.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate new business and expand revenue with current customers.
  • Sell to C-suite executives, utilizing solution selling techniques and the ability to sell to multiple stakeholders.
  • Negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, procurement, senior management, and C-level executives.
  • Present solutions effectively and close deals.
  • Ensure a formal account engagement plan is developed and continually reviewed.
  • Work closely with Enablement to continually develop tools to aid the team in achieving goals.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Travel (25% - 50%) to Procore offices, clients, and other locations as needed.
