Lead and manage one or multiple high-performing engineering teams
Provide technical guidance and direction to operational and functional areas
Develop a detailed engineering strategy for the Bone & Soft Tissue cutting business, including capacity creation and technology roadmaps
Ensure the engineering organization structure is fit for purpose
Collaborate with global enterprise applications and infrastructure teams
Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology challenges
Champion a positive employee environment and promote inclusivity, trust, and teamwork
Develop, maintain, and review engineering department objectives
Establish productivity and performance targets for the business
Communicate departmental and site progress through business review processes
Technically challenge and support new product integration to operations
Provide manufacturing excellence learnings to new product development projects
Develop and execute to a medium-long term engineering strategy
