Requirements

  • At least 10 years of working experience, preferably at a recognized consulting firm or from a similar role in the industry
  • Consulting sales experience or other relevant sales experience
  • Proven track-record of leading various project deliveries in financial services
  • Curiosity about new trends and technologies shaping financial services and clients
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse and international environment where collaboration is essential
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic presentation abilities to convey technology and business value propositions
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with perseverance, a can-do attitude, and curiosity
  • Ideally, speaks at least one of the Nordic languages
  • Expected to be already based in Denmark
  • Excellent understanding of the capital markets industry, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses, with a focus on wealth and asset management, and existing relationships in the industry
  • Understanding of the core technology platforms in use in the industry is highly merited

Responsibilities

  • Selling and delivering successful consulting engagements addressing clients’ business challenges in areas such as Operating Model transformation, Digital & AI Transformation, Emerging Products and Services, Core systems transformation, Risk & Regulatory compliance, Cost efficiency, and Enterprise agility
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensure successful delivery of projects, delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer, and effective advisory
  • Develop and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, mentor and coach junior colleagues
  • Engage with the broader Accenture Financial Services community and other Accenture organization groups to foster collaboration, support growth and development of the business, and bring the best of Accenture to clients
  • Develop, define, and implement strategies to help clients solve their most critical problems
