Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in data & analytics, including at least 10 years in project or delivery management roles
Proven track record in delivering large-scale data programs, including data warehousing, data governance, AI/ML solutions, or BI/dashboarding platforms
Strong solutioning skills, able to align business requirements with the right technical approaches and resources
Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in consulting or service delivery environment (strong advantage)
Preferred
Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP data services
Experience with generative AI and emerging AI technologies

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, including data warehouse and data lake implementations, data governance, advanced analytics, and dashboarding solutions
Mentor and manage a team of data professionals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with client needs
Engage in pre-sales and solutioning, working closely with business development to shape proposals, identify the right delivery teams, and present solutions to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, data scientists, and cloud architects to ensure seamless execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on data strategy, innovation, and delivery excellence
If from a technical background, act as a lead architect or technical advisor on key data initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
