Candidates should have 1-2 years of procurement experience and 3-5 years of management experience, ideally with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics, or a similar field. Experience implementing or using eSourcing, contract management, or supplier relationship management software solutions is preferred. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and fluency in English and Danish are required. The ideal candidate is resilient, adaptable, curious, seeks ownership, works collaboratively, is comfortable presenting to senior executives, and possesses a strong work ethic and high integrity.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead the Global Source to Contract team to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty. They will collaborate with the Go To Market team on customer success expansion and operational excellence, provide coaching and mentoring to Customer Success Managers, and ensure customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders. Responsibilities include team performance management, streamlining customer interactions for a value-added experience, acting as the Voice of the Customer to gather feedback and drive improvements, ensuring the team delivers added value packages and services, identifying and driving new sales leads and opportunities, managing churn and retention, overseeing the Success4U program, and serving as the primary contact in the Customer Experience Leadership Team for resolving complaints and addressing issues.
