Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Platforms, the individual will lead the implementation of Salesforce and Projectum’s PPM tool solutions globally, collaborating with departments such as Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, and Finance to digitalize the value chain. They will develop and execute strategies for IT transformation, build business cases to support these initiatives, and engage in hands-on execution of Digital Customer Engagement activities. The role also involves developing and nurturing the team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance, expanding team operations in the US and Japan, and working closely with business and vendor stakeholders to implement the system while managing customer expectations and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
